My dad made me take a drug test and I knew I wouldn't pass. So instead my friend and I used yellow colored water then microwaved in mustard and Brussels sprouts to give it a urine like smell. I asked this question before, and the only answer I got was that it was a silver maple (acer saccharinum). Looks nothing like a silver maple to me though. I think it's red maple (acer rubrum), but I'd like someone with experience to identify it. The two lowest leaves have reddish petioles, if that helps any. Every time i move my sim families into an apartment, the neighbors are always outside and they never go into their apartment. When this happens, their needs go down and it pretty much annoys me. Is there away to get them into their apartment? Is this a glitch? What can i do to fix this?

Sims 2 Apartment Life Question?

Within my game, I've made four different families and moved them all into the same apartment unit. I later moved one family out into a completely different house, but when I went to play on the apartment unit again, I found that the family was still walking around on the lot, but had no home to go into. This lead to all their needs going to hell, and them becoming so sick to the point that they were infecting every other sim that came out of their apartment unit. So, my question is, has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to permanently remove the family from the lot without killing them off or affecting them when they're on their separate lot.

You do not say what you planted, many perennial plants have seeds that will germinate over a few weeks to many months. If 3 or 4 are making it, then most likely the rest will also do so, trying to dig in the soil to move the seeds to a shallower position may do more harm than good.

How to grow vegetables on a patio garden?

We live in an apartment complex, and I have always wanted to grow vegetables. The problem is, the fence is tall and we have a huge sycamore overhead, so we barley get any light. The only place we have light is on one fence railing (that's where I have been growing a couple of radishes in a small pot) but it isn't very big and can't hold much weight. We also have a dirt patch surrounding the patio (about 12 feet long and 2 feet wide) but it gets no sun. Other than radishes, I also have two fava bean plants growing and they are now taller than me, but combined, they only have 4 bean sprouts. Is there any way I can grow some veggies on my patio? I have thought about upside down tomato planters, but I don't know if they will work when you ony have flickers of shade throughout the day in only some places that are higher up. Oh yeah, and I'm also starting carrots in a place that has about 4 hours of sun... That's the most we get and it's tiny. So yeah, is there any way I can grow veggies on my patio??? HELP PLEASE.

Sims 3 - Missing baby?

So my married sim is a total player, and he had a baby with the neighbour. The baby was born, he visited it for the first day. Then a few days later, the baby is gone from the house. I can't find it, and the lady is already married to the other neighbour and has about 5 kids, 2 of which have died. So the baby is missing, I can't find him anywhere and his icon on my family tree is still a baby when it should be a toddler or even child since of custom aging. first i would not recommend 50/50 solder for it contains lead. this is no longer allowed on potable water systems. locate 95/5 or 60/40 solder, soldering flux,emory cloth or sandpaper and a map gas or propane torch. first clean the copper pipes end to where the fitting will be soldered, clean the inside of the male adapter. apply a generous amount of solder flux to both male fitting and copper pipe. heat the fitting and not the pipe, apply solder and when the fitting sucks in the solder, you should have a good penetration. check around the fitting and you should see a bright shiny ring around the fitting with no pits or gaps. this is basically soldering 101, best of luck .

You seem to have the balanced diet part down, all you need is to engage in an activity you like/enjoy. You will burn a lot of calories playing racquetball (specially if the courts aren't cooled down in summer). Martial arts (especially Taek Won do) is also a lot of fun and its a good workout when you push yourself. Neither of the two require you to be athletic when you start, but you can enjoy them and develop your abilities + physique. Just a thought..

What to know before high school?

I just finished my freshman year and I can say that it was GREAT! I made friends with people from all grades and when the seniors graduated I was really upset to see them go. Anyway in high school you get more work, bigger class sizes, and not everyone is mean. Also, even though I have all those friends I still consider myself a loner. Its not always bad being a loner its just sometimes people focus and do better when they're not with anyone. Also, dont give a crap what people think and dont be someone your not. If you cant stay true to yourself that makes you a loser in my eyes. Really, do everything you wanna do and dont be scared to do it. I learned that the hard way when I passed up running track because I was intimidated by the older kids kinda but in my sophomore year I am taking control of the school. Heck, I dominated my high school in my freshman year. All you need is organization and a smile and you'll make it through. When you start enjoying yourself the year flies by trust me. On the Game Launcher you can go to your Installed Content and look through there until you fine what you want and just delete it. Unless it's one of those things that's not there I'm not sure. I'm a beginner at growing cannabis. I started by germinating two seeds that come from potent strains. One that was so dark green it was almost black and the other was light green. The lighter shaded seed never germinated but the dark green one sprouted a small root hair in less than 36 hours. I let it germinate for two more days. The root hair became as long as the seed and I was eager to plant it. I put it in a plastic cup about 1/8th inch deep, root hair face down, and packed it gently. The next morning I went to check on my seedling and found that the cup had been knocked over and the seedling luckily was still intact, and the root hair had grown, not much, but it was noticeable. I replanted it. Now just this morning I checked on it again and it was knocked over, AGAIN. This time, the root hair had no noticeable growth. Is this normal?

Hi. My husband and I decided to take 6 kids camping with us and 2 of them were mine. The rest were my nieces aged from 6-13. My kids Lizzy age 2 and Maddie age 4 and my nieces Alayna age 6, Nicole age 10, Jaymee age 11 and Britney age 13. I am 28 myself and my husband is 29. We decided since Alayna, Nicole and Jaymee haven't seen Britney since 2009 (Britney moved, but shes moved back into the area) we would take them all camping, BAD IDEA. Well lets start from the begining, we were packing up for 1 weeks trip. All of that food, blankets, pillows, toys etc. We filled up 2 cars with all that stuff (we took 3 total). So we get all packed up and leave. Now Britney has never been camping before. As soon as we got up there Nicole, Jaymee and Britney went to the bathroom and complained about how dirty it was and was recording on the phone saying "the camp store is cleaner than those bathrooms". Then they were talking in hillbilly voices (ANNOYING) and wouldnt shut up while me and my husband were trying to put up our trailer tent. They were singing very loudly with hillbilly voices. Then all the little kids were throwing fits because some couldnt sit by Britney and blah blah blah (They did this alot). Then they argued over who got the tenis racket (we only ahd 3) and the younger kids were screaming and crying because the older kids wouldnt give them turns. Then we let them take a walk on their own before dinner was ready (all together) and who-ever was the "brilliant one" and decided to teach the little kids to knock over port a pottys and chase golfcarts and it was raining too and i went to go look for them and they were going to the place where they tell you what activites there is to do that night (WE TOLD THEM BEFORE WHAT ACTIVITES THERE WAS) and i picked up the little kdis in my car there was no room for the big kids so i made them walk and (stalked them) to make sure they go back to the tent. Then we took them to the park and they were argueing over the teet or tot and my daughter got a splinter and it strated pouring it was horrible, Went back to the tent. Then Nicole wanted to sleep by Britneyy tonight (they stay upo and talk and giggle so NO). She has the biggest fit ever and cried and said "your not the boss of me" and "im not eating " and "my mom made me come on this trip i didnt want to i hate you" and she called her mom and asked to be picked up (Her mom refused to drive because the campsite was 2 1/2 hours away and it was 7pm). So then we ate dinner and they went to the creek now my 2 year old daughter was scared to walk in the water and Jaymee was holding her and asked help from Nicole and Britney but they just left them and went up more in the creek, that irratated me. Then they went to roast marshmellows and burnt everyone of them ON PURPOSE (the older kids im talking about) so it was in the fire. I yelled at them. So theyw ent into the camper. There bed was being help up by 2 steel rods and they jumped ON PURPOSE (they know not too) and one cracked so we yelled at them. Then we went to bed from 9pm-12:30am they were up ALL NIGHT (dont ask why i have NO IDEA they woke me and my husband up, we didnt have any sleeping pills either) shaking the camper, bouncing up and down, making fart noises, whispering, laughing, getting in and out of the camper being OBNOXIOUS (the OLDER kids not the younger ones). Then at 4:30am Nicole was yelling "lets gather around the campfire and sing our campfire song" in a hillbilly voice. I yelled at them to go to bed and this is never happening again and were leaving tomorrow. I turned the TV off at 1:00am so they were doing this in pitch blackness. The little kids were asleep the whole time NOT US. We yelled at them constantly but they didnt care. So the next day we got the lil ones up at 6am and ate breakfast and went golfing (mini golfing) and i dont know why i wasted the 10$ on the older kids cuz they were being smarta$$es and using their hands (video recording it) and going on seperate courses cuz they didnt wanna wait for the lil ones. They said to me in a hillbilly voice "wasnt that a great game of golf arnt we the best golfers" Then we went past a sign that said have a beary good day and theyre like "aunt zoey r u having a beary good day" and saying beary after EVERYTHING they said. We told them to pick up the ground before we left they threw everything in the fire and video recorded it (That made me furious) so I told them to go to the car. They are the most disgustingest people ever. They didnt bring deodarent ON PURPOSE and lifted their arms up (they were sitting there for 45 minutes and doors wer shut) My car windows were foggy and oh my god we had to air out the car i made them leave all the doors open and sprayed them with febreeze for 10 minutes. Abelia Tips: How to get it very large?

I just bought an Abelia. I planted it along a fence line. I would like it to grow as large as possible to add some privacy between me & the neighbor. I know with weed, if you cut the tips off it will sprout 2+ new branches/canes. Does this concept work w/ flowering bushes and/or trees? Mock pear roots sprouting leaves everywhere?

What can do with these turmeric roots?

A while ago I got some whole turmeric roots, and they've been sitting in their bag for a while and I just went to get them so I could use them and most of them are beginning to sprout. There's one rally big one and a smaller one that both have pretty big sprouts (compared to the rest) maybe a cm and the other an inch or almost an inch. Is it possible to plant these two roots and have them grow into a plant, or would that just not work? Would they just die? If I could do this, how would I plant them, what sized pot, if they can survive in a pot, what kind of soil, how much water, what kind of light, etc... Thank you for any and all helpful answers! Anyone know how to get my money back for an item mis-sold to me on ebay?

this is a bit long winded but please bear with me. A couple of weeks ago my wife's phone broke and she bought a replacement phone on ebay. The phone was advertised as being on the 3 network and 3g connectivity. When it arrived it wouldn't read her sim card so she took it to the 3 shop to see if her card had been damaged at the same time as her old phone. Her card worked fine in the phones in the shop so they asked to see the one she had bought. They tested it and said it was only a 2g phone that wouldn't work with any modern sim card. We contacted the seller who said it wasn't his fault the phone was old but after much debate agreed to refund the money if we sent the phone back. We sent it recorded delivery but he wasn't home to accept it. When we told him this and that the phone was at the sorting office. To which he replied that he didn't know where that was so would not be collecting it. He then withdrew his "goodwill" offer of a refund and reported my wife to ebay! Claiming that HE was being harassed! All I want it our money back including the postage as I don't see why we should be liable for anything as he mis-sold it to us. We complained to ebay but they just tried to tell us to sort it out with the seller. Any ideas of what else we can do?

What's wrong with my delphinium seedling?

The only seed that sprouted, I have just this one delphinium seedling. The leaves are now recognizable as delphinium, so it's much more established, but I don't know why it's yellowing. Is it too much sun for them? Living in SW Missouri. If there are diseases or bugs, it's my only plant. It would suck to throw it away. I did plant more seeds last week, so hopefully I'll get more. Phalaenopsis orchid care?

My husband bought me an orchid for Valentine's day. When buying, he called around to florists o see if any of them had a mature orchid. He knows that I kill every plant I have, which is why he got me a mature plant. It has 3 full grown leaves, and a new leaf sprouting. It has 2 long (spikes?) branches, with about 3 or 4 more spikes coming off of those. It is not blooming anymore. I have no idea how to care for it. I'm not sure what to repot it with. I'm 17 but people find it weird that I listen to old bands and old music such as Gun N' Roses, Thin Lizzy, Rolling Stones, Green Day and Moody Blues (the bands with real talents). Android phone or iPhone 3?

I want to get a decent phone, that is going to last me for at least two years. I have narrowed down my choices to the iPhone 3 and an Android phone. I would probably get the LG Optimus S if I got an Android. Since I have TMobile, and want to stick with them, I can only get an unlocked iPhone 3, the iPhone 4 has a different SIM Card size. Iphone stuck in recovery mode?

My iphone 3g is stuck in recovery mode (I dropped it today). I have tried the hold and power button reset but that doesn't work. I don't know what firmware or baseband was on it because I bought it second hand and already unlocked and jailbroken with cydia. The problem is itunes is trying to update the software. I'm afraid that if update the software I will not be able to unlock the phone again. It was originally on at&t. I dont care about having it jailbroken, but I do need the sim unlock. Hi. My husband and I decided to take 6 kids camping with us and 2 of them were mine. The rest were my nieces aged from 6-13. My kids Lizzy age 2 and Maddie age 4 and my nieces Alayna age 6, Nicole age 10, Jaymee age 11 and Britney age 13. I am 28 myself and my husband is 29. We decided since Alayna, Nicole and Jaymee haven't seen Britney since 2009 (Britney moved, but shes moved back into the area) we would take them all camping, BAD IDEA. Well lets start from the begining, we were packing up for 1 weeks trip. All of that food, blankets, pillows, toys etc. We filled up 2 cars with all that stuff (we took 3 total). So we get all packed up and leave. Now Britney has never been camping before. As soon as we got up there Nicole, Jaymee and Britney went to the bathroom and complained about how dirty it was and was recording on the phone saying "the camp store is cleaner than those bathrooms". Then they were talking in hillbilly voices (ANNOYING) and wouldnt shut up while me and my husband were trying to put up our trailer tent. They were singing very loudly with hillbilly voices. Then all the little kids were throwing fits because some couldnt sit by Britney and blah blah blah (They did this alot). Then they argued over who got the tenis racket (we only ahd 3) and the younger kids were screaming and crying because the older kids wouldnt give them turns. Then we let them take a walk on their own before dinner was ready (all together) and who-ever was the "brilliant one" and decided to teach the little kids to knock over port a pottys and chase golfcarts and it was raining too and i went to go look for them and they were going to the place where they tell you what activites there is to do that night (WE TOLD THEM BEFORE WHAT ACTIVITES THERE WAS) and i picked up the little kdis in my car there was no room for the big kids so i made them walk and (stalked them) to make sure they go back to the tent. Then we took them to the park and they were argueing over the teet or tot and my daughter got a splinter and it strated pouring it was horrible, Went back to the tent. Then Nicole wanted to sleep by Britneyy tonight (they stay upo and talk and giggle so NO). She has the biggest fit ever and cried and said "your not the boss of me" and "im not eating " and "my mom made me come on this trip i didnt want to i hate you" and she called her mom and asked to be picked up (Her mom refused to drive because the campsite was 2 1/2 hours away and it was 7pm). So then we ate dinner and they went to the creek now my 2 year old daughter was scared to walk in the water and Jaymee was holding her and asked help from Nicole and Britney but they just left them and went up more in the creek, that irratated me. Then they went to roast marshmellows and burnt everyone of them ON PURPOSE (the older kids im talking about) so it was in the fire. I yelled at them. So theyw ent into the camper. There bed was being help up by 2 steel rods and they jumped ON PURPOSE (they know not too) and one cracked so we yelled at them. Then we went to bed from 9pm-12:30am they were up ALL NIGHT (dont ask why i have NO IDEA they woke me and my husband up, we didnt have any sleeping pills either) shaking the camper, bouncing up and down, making fart noises, whispering, laughing, getting in and out of the camper being OBNOXIOUS (the OLDER kids not the younger ones). Then at 4:30am Nicole was yelling "lets gather around the campfire and sing our campfire song" in a hillbilly voice. I yelled at them to go to bed and this is never happening again and were leaving tomorrow. I turned the TV off at 1:00am so they were doing this in pitch blackness. The little kids were asleep the whole time NOT US. We yelled at them constantly but they didnt care. So the next day we got the lil ones up at 6am and ate breakfast and went golfing (mini golfing) and i dont know why i wasted the 10$ on the older kids cuz they were being smarta$$es and using their hands (video recording it) and going on seperate courses cuz they didnt wanna wait for the lil ones. They said to me in a hillbilly voice "wasnt that a great game of golf arnt we the best golfers" Then we went past a sign that said have a beary good day and theyre like "aunt zoey r u having a beary good day" and saying beary after EVERYTHING they said. We told them to pick up the ground before we left they threw everything in the fire and video recorded it (That made me furious) so I told them to go to the car. They are the most disgustingest people ever. They didnt bring deodarent ON PURPOSE and lifted their arms up (they were sitting there for 45 minutes and doors wer shut) My car windows were foggy and oh my god we had to air out the car i made them leave all the doors open and sprayed them with febreeze for 10 minutes. As of now, based on concert ticket sales and album sales, the headlining band should be Def Leppard. That is a close call to Motley Crue, so I could see it either way, but I'll stand by Def Leppard. Poison has lately been touring as a second opener (meaning they go on right before the main act, as in this summer with Motley Crue where Crue is headlining). Thin Lizzy has a cult following but could not possibly follow most of these other bands. Whitesnake has a catalog of huge hits but unfortunately David Coverdale may not be able to perform a long enough set to headline these days. I don't even know what to say about Duran Duran. There is a point in life when you will have to stop rising to the bate and get over it. If they try cyber stuff calmly try and get out of it, then if they are still mean on the net or phones, just save it on your computer or take a picture. Kid's get into serious trouble for cyber bullying. Second, try and talk to a teacher or parent. This may seem childish and like you are hiding behind them, but it's one of the safest ways, and can be completely anonymous. Also if you still have the pictures then you can use it as proof for if they try to lie. Finally, if none of this works... Call 'em out. Tell them their being rude, mean, inconsiderate bitches who need to get over themselves. Don't be overly mean, just tell it straight. Let 'em know how it is. Tell them how what they do affects you and tell them you wont take it anymore. Don't threaten them or insult too much, just be... honest. Then go on and ignore them. They can't do anything to you unless you let them. Why would you care about their thoughts or words anyways? Frozen vegetables are equally as nutritious as fresh, in some cases more so because they have been picked and frozen at the very best time. The only thing I wouldn't be so sure of is onstant potato. If you mean something like Smash (a dried powder you add water to to make mashed potato) then that is not good and doesn't even taste that nice I don't think. Having said all of this - supermarkets sell packs of mixed veg already prepared so cooking them is just as easy as frozen veg so why not give them a go if you are worried about the nutrition value of frozen veg.
