How to move or copy contacts from my pantech link to sim card?

My screen is slowly going black due to water damage and I decided to move everything to my sim card but when I got to moving or copying my contacts I couldn't figure it out. Maybe it's really simple but because I have a big black spot in my phone I can't read some of the options in the menu
