How to unlock a pantech ease when it says "sim blocked"?

My phone is completely locked except for sos calls and it says "Sim Blocked". Basically my "friend" and my cousin thought it would be funny to lock me out of my phone. I've tried calling customer service, but they're only open weekdays and I'd really like to be able to use my phone before monday. Anyone know how to unlock it?
