How do I delete certain things from the Sims 3?

On the Game Launcher you can go to your Installed Content and look through there until you fine what you want and just delete it. Unless it's one of those things that's not there I'm not sure. I have something similar with my babies and toddlers but when I looked it wasn't there. So I hoped I helped. Good Luck! :)
