I planted seeds and i think that i may have planted them too deep.?

You do not say what you planted, many perennial plants have seeds that will germinate over a few weeks to many months. If 3 or 4 are making it, then most likely the rest will also do so, trying to dig in the soil to move the seeds to a shallower position may do more harm than good.
