HELPPP pleasee:( friend' situation.?

ok so today was the worssssst day of my life. im in grade 10 and have been in the same group of friends since grade 7 lets call them laura, lizzy, rachel, sarah and jess. 2 of them dont rly hangout with us anymore but were still friends. anyways, this year i still was hanging out with my 3 other friends rachel, sarah and jess. but today, laura said to me: dont u find there kinda leaving u behind and ditching u alot? so i kinda knew what she was saying throughout the day. then at lunch, after they ditched me again, laura told me that they have been talking behind my back.. (btw theres a new girl in r group named alissa.) anyways she told me all the things theyve said about me.. i said: well how long have they been talking about me? she said: a couple months :s and jess wanted to tell u but she felt bad. i said: tell me what? laura: they dont rly want to hang out with u anymore cus uve been quiet and they just want to hangout them 3 since alissa is gone. also because im too glued to them apparently. example of what they said: when im walking in the hall alone and i see them i run up to them.... which isnt even true. and even if it was there my friends i rather walk with them then alone. i was actually really hurt, so what theyve been pretending to be my friends? and i went to camp in the winter with jess btw. heres an example of what jess said behind my back: it was rly awkward in the bus with her.. i guess cus i was quiet? but i have things going on in my life too.. i didnt frkng need this. then everyone feels bad for me like lizzie and laura. im so confused, ive been holding back crying the whole day. then when i come to my locker which is right beside all 3 of them, sarah says 'hey' and in class i had to do an assignment with rachel, and it didnt seem like anything was wrong... kinda like were friends again but now i cant even tell whether shes pretending or not.. i honestly dont need this and i need help. ill miss hanging out with them cus wen u r friends with them, there nice and rly fun to be around. i dont know what to do help mee!!
