Do you still have ur data plan if you switch sim cards from a smart phone to a non smart phone?

I put my sim card into my old phone thats a non smart phone. I had a data plan when i had my sim card in my smart phone and i was wondering if i still can use my internet on my non smart phone? Do i still have my data plan or is it with that phone only?
