Can I use LG Ice Cream with US Cellular?

My brother is getting the LG Lollipop & I HATE my phone so he said if it would work I could have the LG Ice Cream that he has now. He has a different service than I do, I have US Cellular & he has T-Mobile, but the phone isn't a T-Mobile phone. Am I able to us it with US Cellular. The phone I have now takes SIM cards but I don't use one..
