Blackberry Curve 8520 on 'Virgin Mobile' Contract Problem, Please Read?

On saturday the 2nd, roughly 11ish, I purchased a Blackberry from a Virgin store on contract. They told me I would receive 2 texts telling me the contract has officially started and how to set up Blackberry Messenger, they said both would arrive within 24 hours and they havent? Anyone know whats going on? (Also its nothing to do with the sim or anything as I have received 4 texts from friends already)
