How do you keep Crows out of your Vegetable Garden?

The Crows just go right down the row and pluck the corn sprout and eat the corn seed at the bottom! It gets really annoying and I don't have enough corn to pollinate. Is it too late in the season to plant more, but a different way? Please help me. Thanks!
