Is this a demon? Is there anyway to stop it?

Last night my 2 friends became victims of paranormal activity and this is what happened: They heard footsteps in the kitchen and Lizzy went to go check but nothing was there. While she was in the kitchen Kim said she felt breathing on the back of her neck and then she felt something touch her shoulder so she screamed and Lizzy ran back to her and when they sat down on the couch Lizzy said she felt something sitting next to her. Kim went to go use the restroom and when she did something pulled her hair and Lizzy saw her hair pulled away but there was no one there. They locked themselves in the bathroom and this has been going all night. somethings scratching at the door, they're hearing grunts and screams. I'm really concerned and I want to know if there's anyway to help them. Please answer seriously this is really important.
