Any dual sim dual active 3g phones in india within 12000 excluding spice q95.micromax q80 not avaliable now:((?

I found samsung star duo B722.But after looking review every body told it has so many problems and getting hanged..About spice q95 dont know whether its a good product or not.It has no wifi.Any suggestion ?
