For breakfast I had an egg sandwich with green tea (no sweetener), for lunch I had fried shrimp with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese, and for a snack I had two sugar free popsicles and for dinner I had cereal and brussel sprouts and bacon. Also, I did no exercise at all, in fact I took two 10 minute naps. Am I going to gain weight? Should I do a workout to burn the fat? Thanks.
