Planting pumpkins and zucchini...Please HELP!?

I have a tilled area 10ftx10ft area of space I would like to use to plant some pumpkins and zucchini. I am just curious how much space will I need between each plant? I am not planting them from seed. They have sprouted from pots I bought at a local grocery store. Also how many Zucchini and pumpkins will I get with each plant?
